Five names had been drawn the night before. Now on Wednesday morning, they had the chance to battle it out for a chance to have one shot at a 50 foot putt worth $5,000!!! The contestants were Steve Samuelson of Constructors Inc., Gary Hutchins of Weaver-Bailey Contracting, Chris Wilmot of L.B. Smith Inc., Mark Bare of Cedar Valley Corporation and Bryan Bucholz of Anderson Contractors. Bryan Bucholz came out victorious in the putting competition and earned the chance to sink the putt. After a tremendous effort, he came just inches short of the hole. Buddy Shelton, who sponsored the event, presented him with $50 for his excellent putt.
