GOMACO sensor line is designed specifically for electronically controlled equipment. Paving projects start with accurate grade and steering setup, and GOMACO sensor line and accessories are preferred by contractors worldwide.

GOMACO's diamond-braided, polyethylene rope construction and continuous fiber core resist rot, mildew, oil and weather. One-eighth inch (3 mm) diameter line fits a standard line rod. Sensor line is available in 1,000 ft. (304.8 m) spools.

Line rods are 3/8 in. (10 mm) diameter plated-steel. The 18 in. (457 mm) length of the GOMACO line rods allow an adjustment range of 12 in. (305 mm) for sensoring accuracy.

Line rod clamps are rustproof and durable and made of solid aluminum. The clamps fit the standard .75 in. (10 mm) diameter line rods. GOMACO's exclusive end screws have full circle adjustment.

The 48 in. (1219 mm) long stakes allow fast setup and are machine tapered for easy driving. The 3/4 in. (19 mm) bar resists bending and battering.

The GOMACO line tension winch has a 3-to-1 gear radio which keeps the line tight.

The line storage reel and stand provide an easy way to store sensor line. The lightweight reel has a 6,000 ft. (1,828.8 m) capacity.

Radius Setup in Just Minutes!

GOMACO's steel radius wheel provides guidance for accurate radius slipforming. The wheel is easily placed with five stakes. The radius wheels are available in four standard sizes of 48 in. (1219 mm), 36 in. (914 mm), 24 in. (610 mm) and 18 in. (457 mm). These measurements are the actual radii of the wheels.

This plus the stringline offset equals the radius of the curb being slipformed. Different stringline offsets and sensor placements will provide varying sizes of radii. Example: with a 24 in. (610 mm) radius wheel and 24 in. (610 mm) stringline offset, the result should be a 48 in. (1219 mm) radius. Consult factory for different wheel sizes. A PVC pipe holder that accommodates 3/4 in. (19 mm) PVC pipe is also available for radius work.

Tension Winch

The line tension winch has a 3-to-1 gear radio which keeps the line tight. The winch has a 1,000 lb. (453.6 kg) pull capacity and mounts on two 48 in. (1219 mm) by 3/4 in. (19 mm) stakes. The winch reel holds 370 ft. (112.8 m) of 1/8 in. (3 mm) line.
