The GT-3600 with 3D machine guidance slipformed radii as tight as 2.5 feet (0.8 m) on this parking lot project. The GT-3600’s All-Track Steering, combined with the 3D system’s steering algorithms, allow smooth entrances and exits and tighter cornering for tight radii work.

The GT-3600 slipforms the tight radii of parking lot islands with ease after having loaded the hopper and charging conveyor prior to starting the island.
Parking lot island radii are a breeze with the Xtreme GT-3600’s steering capabilities and 3D machine guidance. Combining the sensored All-Track Steering and sensored All-Track Positioning has made the Xtreme GT-3600 the ultimate, intelligent slipform curb and gutter machine.
A GT-3600 with 3D stringless controls slipforms the tight radii of parking lot islands.
The mold on the GT-3600 is strategically positioned to assure perfect placement of the concrete through the radius. Also important for a tight radius are travel speed, mix design and slump of concrete.

The hopper on the GT-3600 is designed for extra concrete capacity. Loading the hopper full with the 15 ft. (4.6 m) long, 24 in. (610 mm) wide charging conveyor prior to going into the radius allows continuous travel through the radius without waiting for concrete delivery.
The GT-3600 is designed to eliminate guesswork and automatically adjusts trajectory in and out of a tight radius. The GT-3600 is equipped with three sensors. One sensor is located at the front of the mold (sensor 1); one is located at the front of the stainless (sensor 2); and one is aligned with the back of the stainless (sensor 3). As the GT-3600 enters the radius, the operator switches from (sensor 1) to (sensor 2) with a toggle switch.
The GT-3600 features GOMACO's patented simultaneous trim/pour concept. This system cuts production costs and lets you take on more jobs. The trimmerhead is designed to match the profile to provide accurate grade, resulting in high concrete yield. The versatile three-track GT-3600 achieves high production and meets accurate slipforming specifications on radius projects ranging from curb and gutter to barrier wall or safety parapet.
I want to personally thank everyone at GOMACO for all of the great care that you and your associates have provided us over the past 23 years! I can’t believe it’s been that long since we first bought our first GT-3600 in 1993!
From our point of view, there was never any other machine manufacturer we were going to buy our equipment from except GOMACO! The quality of the equipment is far greater than any other machine on the market. And when there was ever a problem, your team had it solved in no time. It’s like the Master Card commercial. Your service and dedication is and always has been PRICELESS!!!
But our friendship and personal relationship has been a fantastic partnership that has shown that even in these fast-paced times we live in, true friends and partners can be found no matter how apart they may live. Honesty and reliability are two traits we both possess. Thanks again for all your support.

Good Value For Our Money
The GT-3600 is the correct size for our type of work and offers us all the necessary options. It was a good value for our money, it offers a solution to our projects at a good price, and it gives us the flexibility and ability to pour curbs, sidewalk, or cycle track.

Tight Radius Work
We chose the GT-3600 to do tight radius work and we see it being utilized in our parking lot work and also in radius work on city streets. I like its versatility for our company. That was the main thing that drew us to it... more production, less handwork. It puts out great looking curb. It’s been a good purchase for us and we’ll continue to keep utilizing it. The GT-3600 is handling 44 inch (1118 mm) wall with no problems and it’s doing a good job. If everything goes well it’s kind of boring, but it’s only boring if your set up is correct and you have a machine as dependable as a GOMACO.
