AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM
Type: Electronic-over-hydraulic.
Controls: GOMACO’s exclusive G+ control system features self-diagnostics for controls for paving accuracy, fault history, and ease in operation. It features multi-language, metric or imperial settings, and a 10 in. (165 mm) anti-glare display screen.
Operator’s tethered control display is magnetically mounted and can be positioned where the operator prefers.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION
All-welded sectional steel main frame with bolted connections.
Frame section widths: 1.5 ft. (0.46 m), 2 ft. (0.61 m), 3 ft. (0.91 m), 4 ft. (1.22 m), and 5 ft. (1.52 m).

 

POLYMER PAVING PAN
Welded sectional widths to match frame inserts, bolted connections.

 

VIBRATION
Sectional variable speed rotary eccentrics supported in ball bearings. The polymer paving pan is vibration Isolated from the main frame.

 

MATERIAL AUGER SYSTEM
Dual drive 9 in. (229 mm) diameter auger, variable speed 0 to 60 rpm.

 

GRADE JACKS
Hydraulic operated grade jacks with 19 in. (483 mm) stroke. Each jack has 12 in. (305 mm) of hydraulic side shift. Jacks can be rebolted to further accommodate trackline heights.

 

TRACTIVE SYSTEM
Four hydraulic-driven bogies with 36 in. (914 mm) wheel spacing.
Cupped, double-flanged, or urethane wheels available.

 

OPTIONAL TRACTIVE SYSTEM
Four hydraulic driven crawler tracks with gear final drives, each with independent slew steering.
Overall track length: 5.18 ft. (1.58 m) including track fender.
Track pad width: 11.8 in. (300 mm).
Track speed: Variable up to 40 fpm (12.2 mpm).
Grousers: Steel, dual lug standard, bolt-on poly pads optional.
