Class Registration


If you wish to register for class online, please provide the following information and click the "submit" button provided below. You will be contacted shortly by a GOMACO University faculty member to confirm your registration. You also can print this form and mail or fax it to us.

Students will not be registered for a class until cash or credit payment is received for each student.

The registration fee is: $530 USD per person.

Registration must be received at least 14 days prior to the start of the desired course. There will be no refund of the registration fee for student "no shows."

If you have additional attendees, please send an accompanying e-mail message or fax/mail us a sheet with the additional names.

GOMACO will make every effort to conduct the training sessions as scheduled. The minimum class size is eight attendees and the maximum class size will be limited. In the event of a class being cancelled by GOMACO, a notice of at least two weeks will be given. The full registration fee for those who are registered will be returned. Please note that GOMACO assumes no responsibility for transportation charges incurred relative to cancelled or changed classes.
