| Job Description: |
Perform a wide variety of tasks to ensure the grounds of all designated facilities are well maintained, clean and safe year round. General landscaping tasks, utilizing landscaping machinery and performing seasonal maintenance on the equipment. Property upkeep, minor repairs as needed.
Seasonal duties include fall clean up and snow/ice removal from walkways and parking lots.
May include general tasks including painting, assisting with work orders and setting up for special events.

| Job/Education Requirements: |
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions. Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred. Proficiency in operating power tools and grounds equipment. Basic understanding of fertilizers, pesticides and chemical safety. Lift up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling for extended period of time.
Possess a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently. |
