| Job Description: |
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supervision of the maintenance department, housekeeping and grounds keeping departments. The position works with staff to design and maintain GOMACO electrical, pneumatic, water and associated systems.

| Job/Education Requirements: |
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including CNC machines, Laser cutting machines,
• Experience troubleshooting controls systems containing PLC’s, HMI’s and VFD’s.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and metal fabrication equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends.
• Advanced knowledge in compressed air systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial safety standards such as LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA.
• Strong leadership skills (conflict resolution, facilitation, change management skills, decision making, empowerment, and delegation) preferred.
• Must have prior experience leading, directing, evaluating and training maintenance staff in a multi-craft maintenance environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus.
