Job Description: The Director of International Sales manages the international sales department for Central America, South America and the Pacific Rim area.

Job/Education Requirements: - Manage International Sales Department for Central and South America and the Pacific Rim as well as compliment the LTD sales force.
- Provide assistance with international sales advertising and other sales obligations
- Assist with related service and warranty related problems
- Provide component sales for parts department and forwarding assistance.
- Assist with company cross-training
- Coordinate participation in international trade shows
- Submit expense reports and year-end reports
- Provide assistance for special projects and to other departments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- A broad-based knowledge in international shipping, communications and related systems
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated with appropriate training in basic sales techniques
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Strong social communication skills and an ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with international clients and vendors
- Strong computer skills. Ability to work with spreadsheets, word processing programs.
- Ability to comprehend, retain and complete assigned duties and instructions.

-Bachelor's degree in International Business is preferred.
