Job Summary:
The Fabrication Operator operates metal fabrication machinery to cut, bend, and form steel components used in paving machine production. This position ensures precision and quality in every part produced.

| Job/Education Requirements: |
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, saws, or
plasma cutters
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Handle and move raw materials and finished parts safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety standards and production procedures.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in metal fabrication or similar trade preferred
• Ability to read blueprint drawings and use measuring tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to handle metal parts and operate heavy machinery safely.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Work Environment:
• Manufacturing floor environment.
• PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
