| Job Description: |
Utilize GOMACO GS2 standards, engineering drawings, and various work instructions, to build, test, & troubleshoot developmental and production wiring assemblies & control systems for the GOMACO product line under limited supervision
|
| Job/Education Requirements: |
Use soldering equipment, various handheld production crimping devices, and advanced sealing techniques to assemble multi-strand cables, wire-harnesses, relay-based electrical & networked electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies, as specified in GOMACO engineering drawings.
Utilize Windows based desktop and laptop computer equipment to load operating systems into various programmable controllers.
Operate GOMACO equipment to perform functional tests of assembled cables, wire-harnesses, networked electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies with the aid of written test procedures and various test fixtures and electronic test equipment.
Troubleshoot, electro-hydraulic control systems, ECU controlled industrial engines, and various computer controlled and relay-based assemblies as needed, both on and off equipment
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent education and experience. Normal color vision.
Prior background in electronics, hydraulics, soldering experience, computer skills desirable, but not required.
