| Job Description: |
This position provides basic general cleaning and painting of the facility. Position also provides moderate maintenance services.
|
| Job/Education Requirements: |
Report any maintenance problems
Responsible for overall cleanliness of the facility
Pick up garbage
Vacuum, sweep and scrub floors
Clean lunchroom
Paint inside and outside of facility as needed
Clean production machines
Order and stock required supplies
Operate scissors lift, power sweeper, floor scrubber and water vacuum
Operate forklift and man lift
Perform mail runs
Other miscellaneous duties as required by company supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to comprehend, follow and retain assigned instructions
Good motor and coordination skills
Team player and participant in TQM process
Capable of constant standing with physical flexibility and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
