Job Summary:
The Shipping Technician is responsible for preparing, packaging, and coordinating outbound shipments of paving equipment, parts, and components. This role ensures that all products are accurately labeled, securely packed, and shipped according to company standards and customer requirements.

| Job/Education Requirements: |
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare finished goods and components for shipment following proper
packaging procedures
• Create and verify shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips,
labels).
• Load trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Work Environment:
• Primarily works in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
• PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toe boots required.
