Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician provides tear down services, diagnoses problems, orders parts, and repairs GOMACO equipment, buildings, and grounds.
|
| Job/Education Requirements: |
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including CNC
machines, and laser cutting machines.
• Experience troubleshooting controls systems containing PLC’s, HMI’s and
VFD's.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and ladder logic
diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and metal
fabrication equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards such as LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in industrial
maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional
weekends.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Work Environment:
• Primarily works in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
• PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toe boots required
