Job Summary:
A quality assurance technician ensures that products meet specified standards of quality and performance. This role involves testing, inspecting, and monitoring processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with regulations.

| Job/Education Requirements: |
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various tests on products and materials to assess quality and functionality.
• Record and analyze test results, maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Detect defects or inconsistencies in products and processes, recommending corrective actions.
• Work closely with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, participating in audits as necessary.
• Perform calibration on various gauges used throughout GOMACO and document results in the QA Database.
• Evaluate products returned to GOMACO through the MRA process and record the results.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• 2 years' experience in a Quality Department role or 5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
