GT-3200 Applications

The GT-3200’s powerful auger moves the concrete into the machine’s hopper. Roll-over curb is one of many profiles the GT-3200 can slipform. The GT-3200 slipforms channel footing in a historic cemetery.

An optional 13.5 foot (4.1 m) long conveyor is available instead of an auger. A contractor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, conducts a test pour with their new GT-3200 to learn the operation of the machine and perfect their concrete mix design. The molded fiberglass shroud on the GT-3200 is lightweight and provides easy access to the engine and other components. Overall width of the machine is only 8.5 feet (2.59 m).

A high-pressure or low-pressure water system is available for easy cleanup.

New stand-up curb is the first step for this street rehabilitation project.

The auger features a latched clean-out door at the receiving end of the hopper.
Optional rubber tires are available instead of the gear-driven crawler tracks. The rubber tires have a travel speed of 107 feet per minute (32.6 mpm). The GT-3200 slipforms curb and gutter around a radius on a subdivision project.
Slipforming walking trail through a campground and recreational area. The trimmerhead has more than enough power to trim through crushed gravel base. The GT-3200 is equipped with a 91 hp (67.9 kW) Tier III C4.4T Caterpillar® diesel engine, providing more horsepower than any machine in its class.
The GT-3200 can be controlled with stringless guidance systems. New curb and gutter goes around a radius for a brand new roadway project. The GT-3200’s small size makes it ideal for parking lot and subdivision projects.
The GT-3200 is now capable of slipforming safety barrier up to 40 in. (1 m) tall.
This new generation GT-3200, equipped with the G+ control system and a receiving auger, is slipforming curb and gutter in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The newly-designed piston-style front leg utilizes a round inner tube and a keyway for steering control, and a steering cylinder on the new front leg provides more steering torque for tighter turning capabilities and maneuverability about the job site. The GT-3200's rear legs were made three times stronger than before and are now capable of handling barrier molds.

Compact size and maneuverability make the GT-3200 very easy to transport from one job site to another. The GT-3200, with the mold attached, loads onto a standard trailer and transports under legal haul limits.
The front track on the GT-3200 features a unique rotary actuator system which allows the track to turn up to 80 degrees either side of the straight-ahead line and does not operate on hydraulic cylinders. This feature provides excellent maneuverability and tight radius capability.

The GT-3200 features a hydraulically telescoping frame which allows up to 36 in. (914 mm) of lateral right leg movement. It will pave up to 5 ft. (1.52 m) wide and the conveyor system will allow it to slipform standard barrier and parapet.
