We Hope Everyone Had A Great Time!

September is always a special time for us at GOMACO, mostly because so many of you join us at our annual GOMACO Invitational golf tournament. Thank you to everyone who traveled to our small town in Ida Grove, Iowa, on September 17 and 18, 2013, for our annual customer appreciation event. We hope you had a chance to make new friends in the industry, spend some casual time with your colleagues, and enjoy a few golfing competitions.

The GOMACO Invitational is our way of saying "thank you" for choosing our paving products, and to thank our business partners for their support through the years.

Thank you again for coming, and we hope to see you at #33 in September 2014.

 

 

 

 

 

It's Fun To Play, Fun To Win, But It's All In Fun!

There is always excitement and action during the Invitational events, and this year was no exception!

Bob Newman of Road Machinery & Supplies Co., and Kenny Wages of Turner-Michael Construction Co., sank three aces in the Putting Tournament Championship to walk away with a victory! The three remaining teams tied, which led to a three-way putt-off for the second through fourth places.

Three guests had their skills shine through on both days. Kenny Wages of Turner-Michael Construction Co. was a Putting Tournament Champion, and also was on the Scramble Tournament Champion team from the Holstein course. Vince Meier from Meier's Concrete was on the winning team for the Contractors' Shoot-Out, and also on the Scramble Tournament Champion team from the Mapleton course. Blake Driskell of Gerdan Slipforming, Inc., was on the Scramble Tournament "Grand" Champion team, which was the winning team from the Odebolt course, and his Contractors' Shoot-Out team came in second place. Congratulations!
