Following Chuck "The Hit Man" Hiter's Show and the Contractors' Shoot-Out, the grills were stoked and ready to go for the Pride Of Iowa Steak Fry. A rain storm kept things interesting for our guests late Tuesday afternoon and into the evening. They could still grill their steaks or chicken breasts in the rain just how they wanted them, or they could let us do it for them. We had a large portable meat cooker on-site in case of inclement weather, and we used it to grill the steaks and chicken for those who would rather not stand in the rain and grill.

The meal was topped off with grilled sweet onions, Texas toast, baked potatoes, lettuce salad and dessert. Awards for the Tuesday's activities brought the day to a close.
