Contractors' Shoot-Out

At 1 p.m. Tuesday, we had a drawing to fill six, three-person teams for the Contractors' Shoot-Out, an event exclusively for GOMACO customers. Each team consisted of one A, B and C player. After the Putting Tournament Championship, the 18 participants met on the Ida Grove #1 tee for the five-hole competition. Each golfer hit the first tee shot, and hits were alternated from that point on. The highest scoring team on each hole was eliminated, until one was left standing as our Invitational #33 champion!

The championship team was Tom Giefer of Kansas Heavy Constr., LLC, Ryan Grathwohl of ESS, and Derek Dilger of Smith Paving & Excavating, Inc. Coming in second were Richard Michael of Turner-Michael Construction Co., Brian Buchholtz of Anderson Contractors, Inc., and Ed Moss of Fred Weber, Inc. The third place team was Jacob Wilson of Pavers, Inc., Neil McFadden of Smith Paving & Excavating, Inc., and Larry Berg of Wicks Construction.
