GOMACO Invitational #35: September 20 & 21, 2016

GOMACO Invitational #35 was a great success, and we hope you had a chance to make new friends in the industry, spent some relaxing time with your colleagues, and enjoyed the golfing competitions and the warm Iowa fall weather. Thank you to everyone for traveling to our small hometown of Ida Grove, Iowa, and joining us for two days of fun golfing events. Good Times & Excitement Take Over #35!

A Great Year To Be A First-Time Attendee - There were 45 first-time attendees experiencing their very first GOMACO Invitational in 2016, and four of them won big! Patrick Wells of Wheeler Machinery of Salt Lake, Utah, was on the Championship Putting Tournament team. Dan Bingamon of Maile, Inc., of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Ryan Ramthun of Michels Paving of Brownsville, Wisconsin, were on the championship team in the Contractors' Shoot-Out. Matt Kohler of TOPCON of Livermore, California, was on the champion team in the Holstein Scramble Tournament.		Craig Endahl Is A Two Time Champion - Craig Endahl of PACE Manufacturing of Brandon, South Dakota, had a great Invitational #35! He was on the champion team from the Ida Grove Scramble Tournament, and they went on to win the "Grand" Champion Shoot-Out. He was also on the championship team in the Putting Tournament.
		Four Inches Shy Of The Hole-In-One Prize - Every year, there is a special hole on each course during the Scramble Tournament that has a hole-in-one prize. This year, the $20,000 prize came four inches from being won! Aaron Jantz of Jantz Excavating, Inc., of Montezuma, Kansas, (another first-time attendee) missed the hole by four inches on #2 in Odebolt!
