Contractors' Shoot-Out

At 1 p.m. Tuesday, we had a drawing to fill six, three-person teams for the Contractors' Shoot-Out, an event exclusively for GOMACO customers. Each team consisted of one A, B and C player. After the Putting Tournament Championship, the 18 participants met on the Ida Grove #1 tee for the five-hole competition. Each golfer hit the first tee shot, and hits were alternated from that point on. The highest scoring team on each hole was eliminated, until one was our Invitational #34 champion.

The championship team was Park Estes of APAC Central, Karl Loder of Bituminex Paving, and Charlie Knudsen of Concrete Technologies, Inc. Coming in second were Pete Grathwohl of ESS, Eric Kaiser of Legends Concrete, and Neil McFadden of Smith Paving & Excavating, Inc. The third place team was Doug Kieffer of Kieffer Bros. Construction, Dustin Keith of Hi-Way Paving, Inc., and Dan Thompson of Border States Paving, Inc.
